May Your Heart Be An Altar

May your heart be an altar, from which the bright flame of unending thanksgiving ascends to heaven.
St. Mary Euphrasia Pelletier

Saint Arsenius was a man who was very quiet and often silent. He is most famous for always saying,
“Many times I spoke, and as a result felt sorry, but I never regretted my silence.”
This was the most holy place we visited in Ireland, in my estimation. I was speechless.
